Wedgepoint Apartments
A modern, affordable mixed-use community in the heart of the city.
Designed with social equity in mind, Wedgepoint achieves a healthy density through maximizing social, economic, and cultural interactions. The design team engaged with the developer and neighborhood committees to discuss the framework for an inclusive design process. It was important to all that this project is not closed off from the neighborhood. The bridge connecting the two buildings, outdoor terraces, courtyard, and retail space create positive social interactions with the residents of the affordable housing community and the neighborhood.
