Construction progress continues for Providence Housing’s LaFrance Apartments, as Affordable Housing Projects have been deemed Essential Construction by Empire State Development. The new three-story housing project will create 37 affordable homes in the City of Elmira, NY. Construction is expected to be complete in the fall of 2020.
SWBR is providing architectural and structural engineering design services for the project.
The project received funding from New York State Homes & Community Renewal.
