We are excited to be part of the Design/Build team designing the new 72,000 square-foot residence hall on U of R’s River Campus overlooking the Brian F. Prince Athletic Complex. Planned to house 151 first-year students, its design integrates academics, athletics, and student life into the residential experience. Construction has begun and it is schedule to open in fall 2017 as a modern, air conditioned facility. The project is also targeting LEED designation for sustainable construction, operations and landscaping.
