SWBR Makes Plans to Expand the Syracuse Office

On April 17, 2017, our Syracuse office was featured in the Central New York Business Journal (CNYBJ), for its plans to expand 450-500 square feet, as well as completely renovate the already existing 1,500 square feet. Syracuse Branch Manager, Matt Lupiani notes that the plans are to begin renovations this fall. The project is expected to cost $50,000 to $70,000 and take just about 6 months for completion.

This expansion is imperative for our company as it will allow the Syracuse office, that has had anywhere from one to five full time employees. Lupiani added that our three-year plan is to have eight full-time employees, and the 10-year plan is to expand even further to 12 full-time employees.

The goal is to allow the Syracuse office to be “self-sustaining, and have our own experts in all of the fields the firm covers.” Lupiani said. This would include K-12, College & University, Housing, Corporate/Industrial/Retail, and Civic Market Segments.

Lupiani made it a point that our vision is for the expansion and renovation to be the building blocks for a longer-term expansion plan.
