On June 2, our design team joined Rochester’s Cornerstone Group and state and local officials to celebrate the groundbreaking for Hubbard Springs Apartments in North Chili, NY.
The new 72-unit mixed-income will include seven two-story buildings in a hamlet in Chili, NY with nearby amenities such as a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants.
Once complete, the housing community will provide one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for families and individuals with household incomes between 30% AMI and 80% AMI and integrate eleven units set aside for those with a physical disability and/or traumatic brain injury.
The project was awarded funding by New York State Homes & Community Renewal. RCG, in partnership with Bishop Sheen Ecumenical Housing Foundation, Inc. are co- developers on this $21MM development.
SWBR is providing architectural and structural engineering design services for the project.
