As part of our ongoing efforts for more responsible and equitable practices, we are excited to share that SWBR has received a Just label 2.0 from the International Living Future Institute (ILFI).
Just is a transparency platform created by ILFI so that organizations can publicly disclose their operations. The Just label allows organizations to assess and publicly report how they treat their employees, where they make financial and community investments, and other ways their practices are impacting their local and global communities.
SWBR recognizes the importance of culture, social equity and justice, human health, and overall well-being. We have engaged with numerous organizations to strengthen our efforts and support causes that positively impact our diverse community and clients. We place a high value on designing our projects to be safe and welcoming and on creating a social environment that supports equity, prosperity, and enjoyment.
