Congratulations to our design team, including Joe Gibbons, Tim Zigarowicz, Joe McNinch, and Dave Newton who were all on hand to celebrate the opening of Stadium Estates, a 45-unit affordable housing development in the JOSANA neighborhood of Rochester, adjacent to Rochester Rhinos Stadium. The Rochester Cornerstone Group and Charles Settlement House project was paid for, in part, with low-income housing tax credits along with Federal Home Loan Bank of New York grant and interest-only city and state loans.
