Congratulations to Pauline Vieira on being promoted to Senior Associate of the firm. Pauline joined us in 2015 and has led our Administrative Department since 2017. An organized and efficient leader, she manages administrative support for the firm while providing guidance and training to her team. As a Senior Associate, she will have increased involvement in strategic planning initiatives, present firm-wide educational sessions, and develop new processes and procedures.
“Pauline is an outstanding and trusted team leader, we’re not sure where our executive team would be without her organizational talents,” said President Tom Gears, AIA. “When COVID-19 forced the firm to work remotely, she worked tirelessly with our operations group to ensure our team was well-informed and able to continue serving our clients. As we’ve started transitioning back into the office, she has helped to develop systems and workflow approaches that keep everyone productive and safe.”
Pauline, a Navy veteran originally from El Paso, TX, has over 20 years of administrative experience. She resides in Chili with her three children.
