The City of Lockport Planning Board approved the site for DePaul’s new affordable/supporting housing project.  SWBR is partnering with DePaul to design the 21,500-square foot, 60-unit apartment complex, which will be located on Elmwood Avenue at South Street.

“Trying to balance the opportunity for views and daytime lighting against the potential for heat gain and loss can be very challenging,” says Mark Maddalina, AIA. He is featured in an article on page 19 of the 9/2/16 RBJ discussing the use of glass as an architectural element.

Congratulations to Rochester Presbyterian Home on the opening of The Memory Care Residences at Creekstone. The first residents were welcomed into the homes on August 15.
