DePaul Packet Boat Apartments Lockport Site Approved
The City of Lockport Planning Board approved the site for DePaul’s new affordable/supporting housing project. SWBR is partnering with DePaul to design the 21,500-square foot, 60-unit apartment complex, which will be located on Elmwood Avenue at South Street.
