We’re pleased to announce that Rochester’s Cornerstone Group’s Milton Meadows in Lansing, NY received LEED for Homes Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system is the benchmark metric for sustainable design, providing third-party certification for buildings designed to save energy, resources and provide improved environments for their residents.
The Milton Meadows project with Rochester’s Cornerstone Group is a 72-unit affordable housing project in Lansing, NY, comprised of nine 8-plex buildings plus a community center. Veterans who meet the income guidelines get preference in the application process.
