Miciah’s experience in hardware troubleshooting, software programming, and user support makes him a welcome addition to SWBR’s Technology Group.
As the Technical Support Specialist, Miciah is helping train staff on the latest technology in our new Rochester headquarters and providing troubleshooting assistance with personal equipment and ongoing technical support. He is an easy-going, hardworking, and knowledgeable technician who enjoys solving technical issues with a positive attitude, helping others keep their work running smoothly.
While attending Vertus High School in Rochester, Miciah started a program that worked with seniors on utilizing and troubleshooting their personal computers and was a member of ACE Mentor Program of Rochester. He earned his Information Technology degree from Bryant & Stratton before serving in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician.
