We are pleased to announce two key leadership promotions. Lisa Fingar, CPSM has been promoted to Business Development Director and Chris Goldan has been promoted to Creative Director.

Lisa and Chris have been at the helm of several national award-winning marketing projects. I am confident in their leadership skills and thrilled to see them guide the firm’s creative business development and marketing strategies to focus on enhancing client experiences and achieving our strategic plan.”
Lisa Fingar has been an integral part of our leadership and growth as part of the Upstate NY architectural community for 25 years. In her new role as Business Development Director, she leads collaboratively to promote our business development initiatives through market research, client experience programs, promotional events, trade shows, and internal coaching and training.
Lisa brings to the leadership team incredible business acumen, a keen ability to connect with people, and mentorship to colleagues. She has been an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, serving on the BOD in several officer positions and participating in national speaking engagements, has been active as a community leader with the Girl Scouts of Western NY, Boys Scouts of America Troop 90, and Gates Chili CSD booster clubs and PTA’s. She is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in English and resides in Chili.
Chris Goldan joined the firm in 2013, and with his extensive background in graphic design and business strategy, has guided the development of award-winning brands, integrated campaigns, and websites. Recent projects include signage and wayfinding programs for SUNY Morrisville and Upstate Community Hospital, and a brand identity for the new Irondequoit Community Center. In his new role as Creative Director, he oversees our corporate communications and graphic design services and promotes brand consistency and design excellence firmwide.
In a career spanning 26 years, Chris has spent time working across several global and national brands, including Adidas, Coca-Cola, Toys-R-Us, and the University of Notre Dame. He served as president of AIGA’s Upstate New York chapter, a Big Brother volunteer, and a youth sports coach. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and lives in Fairport.
