Congratulations to Joe Gibbons, AIA, and Mark Kluczynski, PE on being elected to our Board of Directors for a three-year term. As members of the board, their responsibilities include the implementation of corporate procedures, formulation of overall business plans, operations, market objectives, and strategies.
Joe, a Principal in our Housing studio, has been at the helm of several innovative supportive and affordable housing projects. He’s an expert in housing design with extensive knowledge in affordable, supportive, special-needs, and senior housing. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the City College of New York. An avid hiker, Joe has hiked all the major peaks in the Adirondack Mountains, making him an office “ADK46-er.”
Mark has managed the Structural Engineering group since 2000. As a structural engineer, he works on all project types and has contributed to a variety of notable and award-winning Education, Housing, and Workplace projects. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Outside of SWBR, Mark has been refereeing Division I college football since 2011.
