Phase II will expand upon Phase I, shown above.
Our design team joined state and local officials February 21 to celebrate the groundbreaking for Happiness House Phase II Apartments in Canandaigua, NY.
The second phase for Happiness House Apartments is a $9.7 million project that adds 30 homes for families, seniors, and individuals facing homelessness.
“It’s safe; it’s beautiful,” said Mary Boatfield, president and CEO of Happiness House and Rochester Rehabilitation. “Twenty-two of the units will be one and two-bedroom units and eight of the units will be for individuals fifty-five and older.”
