Our design team was on hand to celebrate the goundbreaking of Rochester Cornerstone Group’s Frances Apartments, a community based housing development for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Plans include the construction of eight buildings, including one stand-alone building. The plan also calls for seven two-story buildings with eight units each. 14 housing units will be set aside specifically for people with developmental disabilities. The project is slated for completion in 2017.
