Dylan Smith has joined us as an Project Designer. In his new role, Smith will be responsible for partnering with architects and teams on the design and coordination of the firm’s projects through all phases of the design process. Having extensive experience in building renovation and rehabilitation, with a focus on building enclosure detailing and improving building performance through meaningful design, he will work with a variety of the firm’s key clients, including Rescue Mission, Auburn City School District and Syracuse University.
