We’re pleased to announce that DePaul’s DeWitt Clinton Apartments in Rome, NY has received LEED for Homes Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building rating system is the benchmark metric for sustainable design, providing third-party certification for buildings designed to save energy, resources and provide improved environments for their residents.
DePaul’s DeWitt Clinton Apartments offers 80 high-quality affordable apartments in Rome, NY, revitalizing the former DeWitt Clinton Elementary School that had long sat vacant. The community also offers residents access to support services to help them live successfully in the community.
