Building Condition Survey
We provide accurate and objective data of K12 facilities that identify capital investments to meet the goals of the district. We coordinate with SED on building aid calculations, project budgeting, Building Condition Surveys and 5-Year Plans. This analysis and coordination allow us to then assist with pre-referendum services for most of the school districts we serve.

Capital Improvement Projects
