Zion Hill Senior Housing
Affordable housing complex promotes community connection and allows seniors to age in place.
This project began with Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church searching to serve long-time parishioners facing the prospect of leaving their community due to limited accessible housing options. Church leadership partnered with Rochester Management to plan a new apartment community that allows aging residents to stay in the neighborhood they love. The community includes a rooftop garden that creates a connection to the community and neighborhood school.
