Complete renovation of county office to consolidate services and improve security.
The Wayne County office building houses the Treasurer’s, Real Property, Information Technology, and Compliance departments, along with a Sheriff’s Office Substation. The building underwent a major renovation with the first and second floors completely renovated. The building’s layout was completely reconfigured for better use and new finishes and furniture modernized the interior.
