The Lake House on Canandaigua

SWBR, in association with NY-based Studio Tack, were engaged to reimagine a well-known restaurant and conference center into a luxury lakefront resort. This vision required demolition of the existing building to create a property that feels like your own lakeside compound. The property boasts 124 guest rooms and suites, a library bar, stylish meeting spaces, a New American restaurant, a signature casual bar with a lake view, a 250-person event venue, and a world class spa all situated on a meticulously landscaped site that comfortably intermingles with swimming pools, lawn games, fire pits, and outdoor dining.
