Home Leasing is redeveloping the historic Hickey Freeman manufacturing building into a mixed-use, mixed community in the City of Rochester.  The adaptive reuse project will retain manufacturing space, while a large portion of the building is being renovated into affordable senior apartments, complimenting the community development along the North Clinton corridor. The all-electric residential portion of the project is a substantial energy retrofit and will include geothermal heat pumps and roof-mounted solar production.
