Chapel Oaks

St. Ann’s is committed to providing Rochester’s older adults exceptional care. Their rental retirement community, Chapel Oaks, is no exception. The 14-acre, resort-style community, located on the larger St. Ann’s Community care campus, caters to active, independent seniors. To add to its world-class amenities, SWBR was hired to design a new Wellness Center and renovate existing community spaces.

The resort feel now starts at the main entrance, with a new porte-cochere. Inside, renovations resulted in a new bistro café, remodeled business center, convenience store, center stage/demonstration area, fireplace and dining room. The new Wellness Center has a 20’ x 30’ heated lane pool with easy access steps, underwater treadmill and ADA approved power lift. A fitness center with changing rooms, senior-friendly training equipment, and group exercise room complete the Center.
