Sheridan Hollow

Sheridan Hollow, once one of Albany’s most neglected neighborhoods, has been redeveloped into a mixed-income, mixed-use community. Housing Visions, in collaboration with the Capital District Habitat for Humanity, revitalized a large part of the community. The newly constructed buildings largely consist of affordable housing townhomes of various configurations. The community, comprised of green areas, also includes mixed-use buildings with office and retail spaces.
