Saratoga Medical

The two-phase project included the design for medical office buildings that met Saratoga’s rigorous Design Review Committee guidelines, while maintaining the project’s budget. The first phase included the construction of a 10,000 SF building that houses the owner’s practice and several other tenants. Phase Two was the construction of a 13,000 SF building for several additional medical tenants. The resulting designs are sensitive to the surrounding area while also standing out as unique buildings.
