Riverside Place Concept

The Riverside Hotel site is at the epicenter of downtown Rochester’s revitalization potential. It can support the development of a downtown theater, in addition to an exciting mix of entertainment, hotel and residential activity. Our team has aggressively worked to confirm the physical and economic feasibility of a theater at Riverside Place. This project will piggyback on the much-anticipated Roc the Riverway project which seeks to provide funding for a number of projects surrounding the riverfront in this area.

The mixed use project plan includes 15 movie theaters, a 250 key hotel, 50,000 SF of retail and event space, 200 housing units, and a 480-space parking structure to serve all programmatic functions. Given the location, it would be a game changer for Rochester and would create a critical mass that would draw people from the region.
