Home Leasing and Episcopal Senior Life Communities (ESLC) worked in conjunction to develop a property with a wide range of options for seniors – independent, supportive, assisted, and memory care. The Gardens at Penfield Square offers 114 affordable apartments which are managed by Home Leasing, 40 of which are designated as permanent supportive housing for frail elders with support services from ESLC. Ashley Woods at Penfield Square is managed by ESLC and has 70 units of assisted living, including memory care units adjacent to the independent living.

Ashley Woods, adjacent to The Gardens, offers 70 total senior living homes which consist of 40 moderately priced assisted living apartments and two small houses, each with 15 studios for those in need of memory care.
