Optics Manufacturing Facility Addition

Optimax provides rapid prototyping of precision optical components in sizes up to 300mm and manufactures prototype optical components for many applications, including aerospace, semiconductor, military, and solar applications.

The optics manufacturer utilizes several clean metrology labs for quality control. Each lab is situated on heavy inertia slabs that eliminate all vibration impacts.

SWBR has completed several projects with the innovative optics company, including a 60,000 SF addition in 2019 that doubled the size of its facility. The most recent project added over 27,000 SF of manufacturing space and 50 new jobs, with plans to add an additional 70,000 SF in the future to meet business demands.
