Nazareth University Peckham Hall

Naz’s integrated Center for Math and Science.

Peckham Hall supports math and science education with state-of-the-art labs for instruction and research, classrooms, and spaces designed to support collaboration between students and faculty. The five-story building, designed by SWBR and Burt-Hill, respects the collegiate gothic style prevalent throughout the campus while introducing contemporary style and building technologies. The building also incorporates many environmental features including a synthetic slate roof, two rooftop gardens and a multi-environment greenhouse – desert, sub-tropical and temperate.

Lobby

The two-story space visually connects two of the four program floors, provides event space, and features a modular wood paneled 3D wall with twelve engraved symbols representing every department housed in the facility.

STEM Collaboration

Strategically located between the science and math tutoring centers, this space promotes student-to-student and student-to-faculty STEM collaboration.

Learning & Research Labs

The building houses 20 spacious, high-tech learning and research labs, classrooms, and collaborative learning spaces.
