Welcoming unit entries make an impact with wood millwork, modern sconces, and a splash of blue on the doors to energize the space. Bright, modern finishes throughout each cozy unit offer personalization. The angular design element from the corridors was brought into the units through an elegant stone kitchen back splash. Specialty units reinforce the blue entry accent with blue stained kitchen and bathroom cabinets and offer a beautiful view of Monroe Ave. In addition to an elegant, modern design, all the unit and corridor finishes prioritized durability and the economic needs of the owner.
