LaCroix Court Apartments

The luxurious LaCroix Court Apartments sit in a secluded park-like setting in East Irondequoit. SWBR renovated an existing townhouse building with a modern aesthetic to accommodate a two story, two-bedroom, 2.5 bath walk-in apartment and separate small leasing office.

The architectural planning maximized the townhouse’s space plan with a spacious open kitchen, dining, living area, and powder room on the lower level. The upper-level features laundry and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The renovated townhome, with its contemporary, bright-white aesthetic, contrasting warm floors, with glass and porcelain tile mosaics, was leased immediately. Removing a wall and door added much-needed natural light to the congested leasing office. Warm grays, blues, and hints of brassy tones were selected for custom cabinetry and finishes. With renovated finishes, lighting, new artwork and furnishings, the interiors evoke a welcoming and airy space. Landscape architects converted the underutilized community space into a gathering space for all residents. They focused their design where daily activities occur – the leasing office, package delivery, and electric vehicle charging. Seasonal plantings with a fire pit, pergola, and comfortable furniture create a picturesque retreat.
