Excelsior renovated an existing building at LaCroix Court Apartments with a modern aesthetic to create a spacious, two-story, two-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome and leasing office. The interior design features a contemporary, bright-white aesthetic with warm floors, glass and porcelain tile mosaics, and custom cabinetry and finishes. Landscape architects converted the underutilized community space into a gathering space with seasonal plantings, a fire pit, pergola, and comfortable furniture.
