@ Hudson Park

Originally built in 1891 as a brewery’s carriage house and bottling plant, followed by housing Long Energy, this project is now home to 75 market rate, micro residential units with a mix of studios and lofted 1-bedroom units, situated at Myrtle and Swan St.

This adaptive reuse project presented two interesting design challenges: the shape of the two connected buildings, along with the exteriors needing to be maintained and restored for historic preservation purposes.

This conversion consists of a few pet-friendly units, murphy beds, and spiral staircases to the second-floor bedroom lofts. The facilities contain a communal working space, heated courtyards, fitness area, bicycle storage, pet grooming center, smart home automation solutions, and laundry facilities on each floor.
