Carriage Factory Apartments
Restoring a former factory on the verge of collapse into much-needed community housing.
This challenging project was an opportunity to provide much-needed affordable and supportive housing and tell the story of the important manufacturing efforts that took place on the site for over 80 years. The once-vacant building on the verge of collapse has been repurposed into a vibrant community that honors the legacy of the James Cunningham Carriage Factory.
