Wainschaf Associates Corporate Office

Wainschaf Associates had moved their offices to a former Municipal Equipment Building constructed in 1971. The building consists of two primary components, an administrative structure, and a large vehicular maintenance garage. The company recruited our design team to transform the administrative portion of the building into their progressive headquarters and recapture the water-damaged basement for additional space. The design of Wainschaf’s new office reflects the quality and spirit of their operation, respecting the traditional craftsmanship while incorporating contemporary elements.
