Cobbs Hill Village

Rebuilding antiquated senior living community nestled in an urban park.

Cobbs Hill Village was an antiquated motel-style affordable senior apartment complex. Overdue for modernization, Rochester Management is replacing the aging complex built in 1957 with new buildings that will better promote aging in place and sense of community. The three-phase project will preserve 60 existing units and add an additional 44 units with no rent increase for existing tenants. In the first phase, a three-story, 40-unit building will be built on vacant land. The second phase will involve demolition of three existing buildings and the creation of another three-story, 40-unit building. The final phase will involve building the 24 townhouse units.
