Small Houses
Two small houses, each with 15 studios for seniors in need of memory care. An enclosed connection attaches the small houses to the assisted living building so that residents can benefit from programs and services provided at either community, supporting their ability to age in place.
Assisted Living
This building provides a supportive environment that allows for the right amount of assistance while respecting the desire of resident remain independent. Amenities include a beauty/barber shop, cafe, community room, Dr. office and treatment area, dining room, lounge, and outdoor patios.
Memory Care
Each of the Small Houses provide intimately scaled kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, porches, and gardens to cater to memory care needs.
