The long-vacant Riverside Hotel is being redeveloped into a mixed-use destination, leveraging its unique location along the Genesee River. With amenities and prime location, this project will serve as a catalyst for growth in Rochester’s Four Corners area. The adaptive reuse design boasts commercial and retail spaces and a signature restaurant with outdoor dining on the ground level. The second level will feature event space, complementing the Rochester Riverside Convention Center across the street, connected via an enclosed pedestrian bridge. Levels 3-6 will offer 120 hotel rooms managed by a signature hotelier and levels 7-14 will include 171 market rate and mixed income for rent apartments.
