Keeping with our culture of giving back to the community, many of our team members devote time to the ACE Mentor Program of Rochester. ACE’s mission is to introduce area high schools students to career opportunities in the architecture, construction, and engineering industries. Jamie Bucci, AIA, Shirah Cahill, and Jessica Wade regularly host learning sessions, hold events to recruit students to the program, and support their continued interest and advancement in the industry.
