Transformation, collaboration, and improved technology were the key objectives for the renovation of Harter Secrest & Emery, LLP in Rochester. The challenge involved updating and modifying the existing space to include a new client facing centralized conference center while decreasing the overall rentable space. The renovation’s design blended traditional and progressive updates. Glass walls allow day lighting, small seating areas encourage spontaneous collaborations, and the flexible, multi-purpose conference center can be divided into three separate rooms.
