McQuaid Jesuit High School Servery Renovations
Collegiate-like dining experience.
McQuaid Jesuit, a top-rated all-male, college preparatory school in Rochester, decided to “go healthy” with their meal program, and wanted a collegiate environment to compliment adult choices. In addition to renovating the cafeteria into a scattered food station model, the project included a six-classroom addition. The design worked within the existing building footprint but dramatically opened and brightened up the space. Completed over one summer, the finished project is a contemporary dining space unlike any high school cafeteria. With durable and attractive finishes, clean layout and healthy food choices, the new cafeteria resembles college/university dining the students appreciate.
