“What motivates me is a belief that the work we do impacts lives in a meaningful and tangible way. My goal is to create architecture that effects change in communities and individuals. I’ve been fortunate that throughout my career at SWBR I’ve been offered that opportunity. In my new role, I plan to continue to meet our mission of positively impacting lives through meaningful design.” – Tim Zigarowicz, AIA
Since joining the firm in 2004, Tim has designed affordable, supportive, senior and market-rate housing projects, including projects that have been designed and constructed to be certified by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Homes. Most recently, he served as the architect for the DePaul Ebenezer Square Apartments in West Seneca, New York, which was awarded LEED for Homes Platinum Certification.
Tim brings not only hands-on technological capabilities to quickly represent transformative solutions, but also offers a depth of understanding on how to design projects. His leadership and management skills, combined with extensive project and planning design expertise in both private and public sectors, have made him an invaluable member of the firm.
