Welcome to our new Human Resources Manager Michele Michaels! Bringing more than 25 years of experience in human resources in Greater Rochester, Michaels will now manage all of SWBR’s HR functions, including recruiting, training, and employee relations. Most recently, she served as director of HR and administration for the Veterans Outreach Center. Michaels earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.
