Amy’s experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and database management, along with her technical and legal background, make her a welcome addition to the Administrative team. She is responsible for preparing and finalizing proposals and AIA documentation, insurance certificates, and optimizing administrative procedures.
When asked what drew her to working in the field of architecture, she said, “I have always enjoyed the design, beauty, and functionality of the newer buildings at RIT and have been fascinated by all the components and the teams behind them that bring the project to life.”
Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts & Sciences with Concentrations in Information Technology and Legal Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also pursuing her New York State Notary Public license and will be attending Monroe Community College in Fall 2024 to earn a certificate in Paralegal Studies. Her diverse experience also includes working in the live music scene as an audio engineer and stagehand since high school and being a licensed cosmetologist since 2008.
