Michael Guyon Named Civil Engineering Leader for SWBR
We are pleased to welcome Senior Civil Engineer Mike Guyon, PE. With the addition of Mike to the firm, we have expanded our in-house design services to include civil engineering.
“I am excited to lead this new initiative at SWBR,“ said Mike. “I’m thrilled to not only provide site design for new projects, but to help the team grow and better serve our clients.”
With over 30 years of infrastructure experience, Mike’s work includes leadership roles at both private design firms and in the public works sector. In his new role, he will manage all civil engineering aspects of the firm’s land use, environmental, transportation planning, and design projects. Civil engineering design services will include site development, roadway design, stormwater management, and municipal services. Mike is also recruiting staff to expand the new department.
“The addition of civil engineering has been one of our strategic initiatives,” said President Tom Gears, AIA. “This new service allows SWBR to meet even more of our clients’ design and engineering needs.”
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and resides in Penfield, NY.
