The Scarlet Knife Restaurant
Adaptive reuse of former box store into upscale restaurant.
The adaptive reuse project transformed an abandoned box store into Scarlet Knife, an upscale restaurant with an open kitchen and green patio called the “Garden Center.” The aesthetic blends clean lines, warm grays, whites, and burnt umbers with natural greenery, scarlet accents, and honey hues. Large windows offer natural lighting and connect patrons to the garden patio, and a separate Dessert Room highlights intricate desserts for an exclusive experience.
