St. Ann’s is committed to providing Rochester’s older adults exceptional care. Their rental retirement community, Chapel Oaks, is no exception. The 14-acre, resort-style community, located on the larger St. Ann’s Community care campus, caters to active, independent seniors. The renovations included a bistro café, remodeled business center, convenience store, center stage/demonstration area, fireplace, and dining room. The wellness center has a 20’ x 30’ heated lane pool with easy access steps, underwater treadmill, and ADA approved power lift. A fitness center with changing rooms, senior-friendly training equipment, and group exercise room complete the center.
