Adaptive reuse of former carriage house and bottling plant into market rate living.
This adaptive reuse project at Myrtle and Swan Street transformed a former brewery’s carriage house and bottling plant, as well as the former home of Long Energy, into a market rate housing community. The exterior was restored for historic preservation, and the project features pet-friendly units, communal working space, heated courtyards, fitness area, bicycle storage, pet grooming center, smart home automation solutions, and laundry facilities on each floor. The project also includes murphy beds and spiral staircases leading to second-floor bedroom lofts.
