2021 New Associates Announced

We are pleased to announce that Peter Foti, Shirah Kasongo Cahill, Liz Kirchhoff, Amanda Loomis, Kenzie McNamara, Lee Oldfield, and Gianfranco Pietrantoni have been named new associates and shareholders of the firm.

Peter Foti, BIM Manager
Resides in Fairport and has been with SWBR since 2016. As part of our Technology Group, he uses his 3D modeling, Revit, and virtual reality skills to allow the client to visualize their ideas and enable the team to make informed decisions that positively impact the design and construction process.

Shirah Kasongo Cahill, RLA, Landscape Architect
Resides in Rochester and started with SWBR in 2017. Shirah specializes in urban design and planning, neighborhood design, affordable housing, assisted living, and neighborhood design projects.

Liz Kirchhoff, AIA, Project Architect
Resides in Rochester and joined the firm in 2017. As part of our Housing studio, Liz creates safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing buildings.

Amanda Loomis, CID, Interior Designer
Resides in Chili and has been with SWBR since 2018. Loomis creates functional, impactful, and aesthetically pleasing interiors for all project types throughout the firm.

Kenzie McNamara, AIA, Project Architect
Resides in Rochester and has been with SWBR since 2017. Kenzie, part of our Housing studio, is responsible for project design and documentation and translating her clients’ ideas into functional buildings that serve their needs.

Lee Oldfield, PE, Structural Engineer
Resides in Webster and has been with SWBR since 2017. Lee is responsible for the structural design of mid-rise structures across all design studios, including workplace, education, and industrial projects.

Gianfranco Pietrantoni, AIA, Project Architect
Resides in Spencerport and has been with SWBR since 2017. As part of our Workplace studio, Gianfranco develops a variety of science, technology, and industry projects from early concept through design development.

We now have 63 shareholders at SWBR.
