Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a 3D model-based tool that facilitates more in-depth design and team coordination and a better understanding of the construction project. Our Technology Group provides advanced building scanning and point cloud BIM modeling services that improve the quality, accuracy, and performance of the building. Our team of experts employ a combination of 3D laser scanning, virtual and augmented reality, and drone software to create point cloud data. This process results in exceptionally accurate and detailed 3D BIM models, which can be used throughout the design process.

Our projects are developed using BIM modeling to facilitate more in-depth design, coordination, and a better understanding of construction. We primarily execute our BIM operations using Autodesk® Construction Cloud, providing our project design teams with centralized access to project data, along with leading solutions such as AutoCAD®, Revit®, Navisworks®, TwinMotion® and 3DsMaxDesign® to manage the design process.
