Congratulations to Principal and Chief Marketing Officer David Beinetti, AIA, on being elected to the NAIOP Upstate New York Chapter Board of Directors.
A strategic, goal-oriented leader, Dave has an impressive history of positively impacting the development process, project teams, and the spaces in which we live, work and play. As an architect, he has designed industrial, multi-family, office, and commercial projects with expertise, outside-the-box solutions, innovative and sustainable planning solutions that promote smart growth strategies for the community.
Dave has a deep understanding of the development cycle from site selection, entitlement, design, construction, and occupancy and has developed a reputation with his clients as a trusted advisor who understands their design needs, presenting clear and concise solutions that add value to their real estate portfolio. In his role on the board, Dave will utilize this expertise, and successful project experience, to assist the organization to provide strong advocacy, education, and business opportunities throughout the organization’s North American network.
“Strengthening commercial real estate developments throughout Rochester and Upstate New York has been a passion of mine for much of my 40+ year career,” said Dave. “I’m proud to be part of an organization that provides advocacy and opportunities for developers and designers.”
In addition to the NAIOP Upstate New York Chapter, he has held numerous civic leadership positions. Currently he serves as a Board Member for the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, DBIA Liberty Region Upstate NY Chapter, Rochester Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Monroe Community College Foundation. He is also part of the City of Rochester Project Review Committee.
